It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie A. Baker (Cold Brook, New York), who passed away on January 30, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hammond and Abbie Hammond (Hoyt); and her daughter Sheila Baker. She is survived by: her children, Jeffory Baker (Phyllis) of Rome, Robert Baker (Darlene), Dennis Baker (Nancy) of Ilion, Clayton Baker of Utica, Christina Zaleski (Paul) of Utica and Matthew Baker (Barbara) of Cold Brook. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
