He was predeceased by: his parents, John McCrea and Rhea Casey McCrea; and his sister Helen McCrea St. Pierre. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Dziamba McCrea; his sons, John M. McCrea of Cohoes and Jason M. McCrea of Troy; and his brother-in-law Joe St. Pierre of Cohoes. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
