He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick Orr; his wife Delores Seymour Orr; and his brother Ronald Orr. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Bleau Orr; his children, Maureen Orr of Atlanta, Michael Orr, Robyn Orr of Pace, Kevin Orr of Fort Ann, Michele Orr of Cohoes and Mark Orr of Latham; and his nieces, Denise Toma and Nancy Daigle. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.
