William Carter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Carter (Cohoes, New York), born in Albany, New York, who passed away on August 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carter and Rita Gathan Carter; and his brother Richard Carter. He is survived by: his wife Karen Bailie-Carter; his children, Greg Ornoski (Olga) of Teaneck, NJ, Grace Bailie of Clifton Park, Lance Carter of Latham, Kim Cushing (Chris) of Guilderland, Jason Carter of Averill Park and Paul Bailie (Chrissy) of Cohoes; and his siblings, Jackie Knight (Larry) of Kinderhook and Polly Riley (John) of Pittstown. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Masks will be required and social distancing regulations will be observed.
