He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacon and Mary Jacon (Zdunek); and his wife Judith Jacon (Frage). He is survived by: his sons, William Jacon (Dawn) of Day and Brian Jacon (Diana) of Selkirk; his brothers, Ronnie Walsh (John) of Clifton Park and John Jacon (Beverly) of Corinth; and his friend Mike Leone (Barbara). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
