He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Flavin; and his child Jamie Flavin. He is survived by: his parent Eleanor Molloy Flavin; his significant other Tammy Strain; his children, Nina Flavin, Shannon Flavin, Erica Strain (Bryan) and Brittany Strain (Jeremiah); his siblings, William R. Flavin (Susan), Lynn Dunteman (Jason), B. J. Lingener (Kathy), Kim Lingener, Michael Flavin (Jennifer) and Dawn Flavin (Deanne); and his grandchildren, Aaron, Tyler, Jason, Nathan, River and Miah. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
