He is survived by: his wife Kim Sang Ye Daley; his daughter Misuk Seeberger of Albany; his grandson Thomas Michael Seeberger; his brother Peter J. Daley (Ann Bessette) of Cohoes; and his nieces, Erin J. Daley and Elaine J. Decenzo.
