He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine Sherlock Beaulac. He is survived by: his father Leon R. Beaulac of Cohoes; his children, Rosemary Gervais Beaulac, Timothy Beaulac and Brittany Deluke (Cory); and his siblings, Paul Beaulac and Patricia Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
