She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Pelesz and Antoinette Kwochka Pelesz; her husband William Bowen; her daughter Patricia Moryl; and her siblings, Willard Pelesz, Elizabeth Reed, Julia Snay, Molly Stemp, Jennie Sheridan, Anne Rivet, Olga Messier and Alice Walsh.

She is survived by: her children, William Bowen Jr. (Chery), Mary Valente (Louis), Janice Madison (Anthony) and Paula Grignon (Geoffery); and her friend Sheila Connelly. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, one great-great grandson.
