He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J Prendergast and Grace Bott Prendergast; and his siblings, Grace (Bernie Taggart), John (Joan), William (Connie), Doris (Vince Smith) and Kathleen (Paul Bisio).
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Corinne) and Susan; his wife Keitha Prendergast (Sherman); his son Daniel (Catherine); his grandchildren, Michael, Ryan (Erin), Tyler, Erin, McKenzie and Haley; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Avery, Olivia and Riley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Mike and Keitha recently celebrated 60 years of marriage together, a COVID celebration surrounded with their loving family.
In lieu of flowers and due to cemetery restrictions, contributions are suggested to the Community Hospice Inn, 310 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208.
