He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael F. Chaszczewski and Frances Chaszczewski (Rewer); his spouse Mary (Ciepcielinski); and his sibling Lucy Stackrow. He is survived by: his children, Michael E. Chaszczewski (Barbara) and Susanne M. Breen (James); his grandchildren, Michael G., Rosemary A. Chaszczewski, Dana M. Dahlin Glasser (Brian) and Matthew C. Dahlin (Katie); his great grandchildren, Vanessa, Skylar, Zachary, Nathan Glasser and Harleigh Dahlin; his siblings, Valerie Chaszczewski, Alice Skawinski and Edward Chaszczewski; and his friend Ann Krupski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
