He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Nystoriak and Julia Haschytz Nystoriak; and his siblings, Joseph, Michael (late Pauline), Walter Nystoriak, Tessie Nystoriak and Eva Nystoriak.

He is survived by: his sister Sophie Zonitch. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
