LaChappelle of Clifton Park; his sisters, Barbara Jean Ferguson (Robert) of Rutland, VT and Bertha Werner (Leland) of Clifton Park; his grandsons, Jonathan M. LaChappelle (Andreana), Anthony M. LaChappelle and Michael J. Cocco; and his great grandchildren, Karlie LaChappelle, Kayleigh Sovie, Maddox LaChappelle, Brinley LaChappelle and Everleigh LaChappelle.
