She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Kuzemczak and Natalia Kuzemczak; her stepfather Stefan Ciolka; her husband Jan Soroka; and her siblings, Stefka, Antosia, Gregory, Helena, Aleksandra and Jan.

She is survived by : her children, Lidia Hudak (Jan) of Cohoes, Stefania Curiale (Jess) of Ballston Spa, Alex Soroka of Mechanicville, Sonia Kosciolek (Michael) of Oakland, NJ and Gregory Soroka (Tracy) of Ballston Lake; her grandchildren, Michael, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Matthew, Phillip, Jared, Joshua and Sophia; her great grandchildren, Julia and Adam; her siblings, Halinka, Slawka, Dymytro and Wasyl; and her sisters-in-law, Janina Soroka and Maria Kopyscianski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Panakhyda service will be held in the funeral home at 5:30 p.m.
