She was predeceased by: her parents, John Donnelly and Mary Edna Donnelly (Keeler). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Ernest Clement; her children, Ernie Clement (Tina) of Cohoes, John Clement Sr. (Kathy) of Poestenkill, Patti Gagnon (Dan) of Cohoes, MaryMargaret Corcoran (Bob) of Cropseyville and Donna Miller Clement of Troy; her siblings, Margaret, Timothy Donnelly of Cohoes and Brian Donnelly of Syracuse; her grandchildren, John Jr., Alysha (Will), Jeremy, Trish, Evan, Maeve, Nessa, Beibhinn and Alexis; her great grandchild Christopher; and her sister-in-law Sarah Jane LaDieu Donnelly of Cohoes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Kay's name to the American Spaniel Club, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or the Alzheimer's Association.
