He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. McEvoy and Mary K. Nally; and his wife Betty J. McEvoy. He is survived by: his sons, Marc McEvoy (Lisa Leo), Sean McEvoy (Leah) and Joe McEvoy (Sara). He is also survived by six grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ronald McDonald House, 139 S. Lake Ave., Albany, NY 12208.
