He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph A. McGraw, Sr. and Loretta Provost McGraw; his siblings, Lorraine Cepiel (late Edward), Michael McGraw (Christine) and Anthony McGraw; his nieces and nephews, Mark Cepiel (Linda), Shelly DeCicco (Joe), Eric Cepiel (MaryBeth), Michael McGraw (Audrey) and Melanie McGraw; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley, Ian, Brody Cepiel, Tabitha, Tailynn DeCicco, Shannon, Cole Cepiel and Sara McGraw. He was also cherished by several cousins and friends.
