He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Herman; and his sister Norma Owen (Glenn). He is survived by: his parent Margaret Duttry Herman; and his nephews, Tom Owen (Cheryl) of Akron, NY, Jim Owen of Akron, NY and Jack Owen (Kelly) of Fl. He is also survived by 2 great nieces and 1 great nephew.
