With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James C. Simpson (Cohoes, New York), who passed away on April 3, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Simpson and Estella McGuire Simpson; and his siblings, Jimmy Quintel, Jeanne St (Frank), Judy Kennedy (John) and Linda Etman Gentner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jimene Wager (Don), Justine Simpson (Guy Cronin), Jessica Simpson (Troy Scheidecker) and Jillian Simpson-Lapham (Scott); his grandchildren, Cody, Sam, Jaren Wager, Miranda Cole, Elizabeth Gregoire-Betts (Joshua), Lonna, Nathan and Alicea Scheidecker; his great grandchildren, Skylar, Henry and Brantley; his siblings, Estella "Bunny" Simpson, Kathy Crandall, Sandie Simpson, Donna Simpson, Joan Simpson, Robert Simpson (Carol) and Keith Simpson; and his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth St. Pierre and Marguerita "Dollie" Forney (Reed). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
