With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene D Ballard of Cohoes, New York, who passed away on December 18, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maximillien Giroux and Bernadette Hamelin Giroux; her husband Phillip C. Ballard, Sr. of Cohoes; and her siblings, James, Conrad, Gaston, John, Paul, Jacques, Fernand, Michael, Donald, Denise, Germain, Lorraine and Claire.
She is survived by: her sisters, Angele (Spickler) and Bernice (Atchinson); her children, Chris, Phil (Ellen), Dennis Sr. (Joni), Maxine (Lou), Rick (Marcy) and Tammy (Leslie); her grandchildren, Becky (Freddy), Shelton Jr. (Jade), Nicholas (Lindsey), Vicki (Paul), Erica, Phil III (Casey), Justin (Kristin), Dennis Jr. (Christina), Danielle (Rich), Roxanne, Jason, Zacharie (Toni), Heather (Darcy), Shelbie and Bijou; and her great grandchildren, Joaquin, Kamilla, Olivia, Gabrielle, Smith, Elouise, Weston, Lily, Tyler, Natalie, Warren, Sabrina, Calee, Luna, Chloe and Amelia.
Masks are required and social distancing will be observed inside and outside of the funeral home.
