He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Novak and Mary Kulik Novak; and his siblings, Edward (Betty), Felix (Verge), Frank (Helen), John, Stanley, Zygmunt (Florence), Helen Ketz (John) and Isabel Graham (Tom).
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Valentini Novak; his son Paul Novak; his daughter-in-law Carla Mogavero Novak; and his sister-in-law Norma Novak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
