She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; and her sibling Joseph Mnich. She is survived by: her parents, Stanely E. Mnich and Antonina Walenga Mnich; her children, Christine Maxwell, Jay Maxwell (Maria), Susan Eagle (Keith) and Michael Maxwell; her grandchildren, Melissa Woods (Michael), Nicole Prizio (Sal), Erik Lagace (Christine), Danielle Milliken (Scott) and Alicia Oresz (Mark); her great grandchildren, Tobias, Julian, Elliott Prizio, Alina, Emeryk Lagace, Ainsley, Tobin Woods, Colton and Carl Milliken; and her siblings, William Mnich and Stanley Mnich. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Maxwell's memory may be made to Mohawk Hudson Humane Society in Menands, New York or any food pantry.
