He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Downs and Anna Downs; and his sisters, Dorothy Murphy (Jack) and Marilyn Smith (Tom). He is survived by: his sister Judy Steele (Ernie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
