He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Rakvica Sr. and Mary (Mihalik); and his sister Dorothy Lewandowski. He is survived by: his wife Olga (Scheuer); his children, Susan Alice, Fred Rakvica Jr. (Chrystie), Sharon Ross (Brian) and Nancy Fischer (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Rachel Sprague (Derek), Michael Rakvica, Sophia, John Alice I, Anna and Ava Fischer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
