He was predeceased by: his parent Earl W.; his spouse Jean LePage Liberty; his sibling Joan Liberty; and also Nelson Green. He is survived by: his parent Florine Patenaude Liberty; his children, Debra Liberty of Boca Raton, FL, Lory Taylor (Terry) of Cohoes, NY, Vaughn Liberty (Irene) of Cohoes and Earl Liberty (Mary Catherine) of Kathleen, GA; his grandchild Abigail Liberty; and his siblings, Lourdes Bruneau of Cohoes and Lucille Green Jackman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
