He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Bullock and Patricia Bullock (Whitney). He is survived by: his niece Katie; his friends, John and Sandy Cowan; his brother Robert S. Bullock (Kathleen) of Watervliet; and his nieces, Karen Pelletier (Joseph) and Kathryn Bullock.
