He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jacquelin J. Ellis and Joann Shumpis. He is survived by: his parents, Brian M. Shumpis and Candace A. Ellis-Shumpis of Cohoes; his fiancé Leara Moran of Cohoes; his daughter Addisyn Shumpis-Moran of Cohoes; his brother Travis Shumpis of Cohoes; and his grandfathers, Gordon B. Ellis, Sr. of Delmar and Michael O. Shumpis of Troy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
