He was predeceased by : his parents, Dale Whiteman and Sharon Whiteman. He is survived by : his wife Candace Whiteman; his children, Amanda Moore (Casey Martin), Michael Moore, Jr. (Jennifer Duncan), Stephanie Jenkins (Spencer), Rami Whiteman (Dustin Hailey) and Matthew Whiteman (Nikolett Simon); his grandchildren, Nikolas, Bryan, Alyssa, Gaige, Aiden, Brooklynn, Dezi and DJ; and his mother-in-law Beth Hamilton.
