Garay of Cohoes, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 4, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Garay Jr. and Mariah Cowin Garay; his grandparents, Samuel Garay Sr., Michelle Blandin, Alicia Devlin and Scott Cowin; his great-grandparents, Charles Gillette, Patsy Olsen Gillett and Edward Cowin; and his siblings, Olivia Garay, Chloe Garay and Samuel Garay III. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
