We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2022, at the age of 75, Carol Howe-Blair (Cohoes, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Howe and Mary Howe (Turino); and her brother Thomas A. Howe. She is survived by: her daughter Anne Marie E. Blair; her nieces and nephews, Thomas, Timothy, Zachary and Carly; and her aunt Theresa Spencer.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Catholic Central School, 347 Old Loudon Road, Latham, NY 12110 attn V. Bariteau. Please make sure to mark your donation in her name.
