We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2022, at the age of 75, Carol Howe-Blair (Cohoes, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Howe and Mary Howe (Turino); and her brother Thomas A. Howe. She is survived by : her daughter Anne Marie E. Blair; her nieces and nephews, Thomas, Timothy, Zachary and Carly; and her aunt Theresa Spencer.
