We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2023, at the age of 83, Barbara P. Hebert of Cohoes, New York, born in Troy, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Roulier and Emma Wright Roulier; her spouse Francis E. Hebert; and her brother Edward Roulier. She is survived by: her friends, Chet and Linda; her children, Nadine Hebert (Frenchie) and Michael Hebert (Courtney); her grandsons, Matthew and Patrick Hebert; and her siblings, John Roulier, Richard Roulier, Thomas Roulier (Rosemary) and Joan Madsen (Otto). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
