He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Donnell and Erma Bornt O'Donnell; his spouse Shirley J. Murphy O'Donnell; and his sister Helen Dewey. He is survived by: his children, David W. O'Donnell of Bradenton, FL and Debra Pelletier (Jack); his grandchildren, Justin Pelletier (Carmen) of Arlington, VA, Coty Pelletier (Cat) of Glen Allen, VA and Valarie Franklyn (Cassius) of Arlington, VA; his great grandchildren, Aurelia Pelletier and Pierce Franklyn; and his siblings, Xavier (Akiera Franklyn) and Mary Fowler of Grafton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
