She was predeceased by: her parents, Dimitri Kondrat and Mary Plaskon Kondrat; and her sisters, Pauline Kondrat, Mary Kulasza (late Nicholas) and Dorothy Susko (late Michael).
She is survived by: her nephew Nicholas Kulasza (Susie); her nieces, Catherine Stephens (Philip), Maria Dollard (William) and Kyra Newsom (Michael); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexander, Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Philip and Kendall; and her godson Tim Geleta.
