He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alderic and Caroline Frament Couture; his children, Al Jr., Connie Shakow (Meron), Sandie LePage (Tony), Bruce (Carol), Kevin and Christopher; his wife Joan; his son Richard; and his former wife Florence Giles. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Schenectady City Mission, Joseph's house or City Rescue Mission, Albany are appreciated.
