He is survived by: his children, Bill Cook (Kim), Steve Cook (Lorraine) and Cheryl Cook; his grandchildren, Beth Adams (Mike), Billy Cook (Jill), Sarah Zeh (Caleb), Cody, Jason, Maisy and Emily Cook; his great grandchildren, Kyle Kenyon, Kaitlynn Adams, Alex, Lilah, Billy Cook, Beau, Luke, Hawk and Jemma Zeh; and his siblings, Paul Cook (Pearl) and Lucy Maxine Turner.
