He is survived by: his wife Darlene Billings; his sons, Steve Dodds (Debbie) of Cohocton, Randy Dodds of Florida and Eric Dodds (Ginger); his stepchildren, Andrea Nardi (Michael) of Springwater, Paul Pragle (Karen) of Avoca and Rodney "Chip" Pragle, Jr. of Bath; his grandchildren, Heather, Stephanie and David (Margie); his stepgrandchildren, Christopher, Wendy, Isaac, Charles, Rodney III and Irven; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Raelynn; and his brother Malcolm Dodds.
