He is survived by: his sister Elaine Burnett (Jack) of Atlanta, Georgia; his nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Radford, Steven Burnett (Carmen) and Gardner Burnett (Ann Marie); his close friends, Kristy and Shawn Gilson; and also, Elaine Osburn (Richard) of Lafayette, Indiana, Danelle Ardell of Pittsburgh and Wendy Ardell (Gregg Fritsch) of Paradise, California..
