He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Diaz (Jose), Tracy Perea (Julio) and Katie Garcia; his mother Maria Mercedes Feliciano-Valentin; and his siblings, Jose Antonio, Luis Alfredo, Wilson, Ruben, Confesor, Carlos, Juan Garcia-Feliciano and Jeannette Cruz. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
