Sr and Helen Howell, Sr. (Seiffert); his wife Barbara Howell (Weeks); his daughter Donna Gigandet (Jesse) of Esperance; his daughter-in-law Cindy Howell of Sharon Springs; his stepchildren, Lisa Wilcox (Clyde) of East Worcester and Brian Warner of New Milford, CT; his brother Robert E. Howell (Dorothy) of Walnut Creek, CA; and his cousin Dorothy "Bunty" Davies. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren, 6 step-great-grandchildren.
