He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester W. Thornton and Alice E. Thornton (Becker). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Thornton (Weston); his daughters, Robin Uveges (John) of Phelps, NY and Kristin Barbagallo (Joe) of Somers, NY; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Stefan, Sara, Sophie and Michael; and his great grandchild Warren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Langan Funeral Home (327 Main St, Schoharie, NY 12157). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
