With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald F. Giesin of Cobleskill, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 11, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Giesin and Agnes Giesin (Hardenstine); his brothers, Ralph, Stuart and Peter; and his brother-in-law George Clark.
He is survived by: his spouse Sherle Giesin (Lobdell); his sons, Ronald (Bridgette Whitbeck) of Virginia Beach, VA, Stephen Giesin (Anita) of Columbus, GA, Daniel Giesin (Dallas) of Howes Cave and Brian Giesin (Kimberly) of Middleburgh; his grandchildren, Keka (Mike Thomas), Ronald Joseph (Cassandra), Alyzabeth, Emalee, Aaron, Alana, Abby and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Brennan, Hailey, Annika, Landon, Gavin, Kylee and Charlette; his sisters, Anna Clark of Gilboa, Carol Gully (John) of Troy and Jewel Tiszler of Delmar; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Giesin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
