He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudio Fernandez and Leticia Fernandez (Perez); and his grandchildren, Catherine Fernandez and Michael Roy. He is survived by: his wife Ginnie Fernandez of Cobleskill; his children, Douglas Fernandez (Carol) of Lawrenceville, GA, Diane Silk (Steven) of Jacksonville, FL and Ann-Marie Frank (Richard) of Cobleskill, NY; his grandchildren, Anthony Fernandez (Kaylyn), Joseph Fernandez (Abigail), Adam Silk, Michael Silk (Brittani), Diana Frank and Melissa Roy; his great grandchildren, Regan, Riley, Reece, Elizabeth, Joshua, Rebekah, Jonathan, George, Casey, Hunter and Bailey; and his brother-in-law Carlton Stanton of Kenosha, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
