She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Ivalene Collins, Sr. (Maybie); her husband Grover G. Noxon; and her siblings, Duane Collins (Tip), Yvonne Warner (Collins) and Charles Collins, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Skip Noxon (Carol) of Schoharie, Richard Noxon of Madison Heights, VA and Sharon Becker (Ronald) of Middleburgh; and her grandchildren, Melissa Yung (Joe), Randy Noxon, Shawn Noxon, Laura Violette (Forest), Courtney Thomas (Jeff) and Kelly Reynolds (Matthew). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
