She was predeceased by: her parents, Ford Slater and Laura Slater (Mansheffer); her spouse Merwyn "Mac" McMillan; her grandson Thor; and her siblings, Dorothea, Sam, Joan, Marion, Eunice and Phyllis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karyn A. Chevalier of Glenville and Gail (Joseph); her grandchildren, Latham, Patty Wickham, Dawn Chiarello and Christopher Miers; and her siblings, Donna Cave (Charles) of Florida, Arlene Giacomo (Don) of Virginia, Beverly Stanton (Neil) of Howes Cave and Alton Slater of Virginia. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren.
