It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laurence C. Rickard of Cobleskill, New York, who passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlington "Pete" Rickard and Kathryn Rickard (Hill); his spouse Louesa Rickard (Matthews); and his brother Ivan Rickard. He is survived by: his children, Laurie Dietz (Brian) of Niskayuna, Linda Kennedy of Naples, FL, Lisa Porta (Tony) of Wellington, FL, Mark Glueckert of Shelter Island, LI, James Glueckert of Johns Creek, GA and Lori Wagner of Glendale, CA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robert A. Guffin Funeral Home (108 Chapel St, Cobleskill, NY 12043). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
