He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cooper and Catherine Mae Crewell Cooper. He is survived by: his sons, Philip (Susan Cooper) and Robert Cooper of Schenectady, NY; and his sister Bonnie French. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
