With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Putnam (Cobleskill, New York), who passed away on May 12, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd Rickard and Vera Rickard (Hallenbeck); her husband Victor B. Putnam; her children, Victor E. Putnam, Stephen Putnam, Andre Putnam and Penny Young; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Putnam, Nathan Putnam, Tyler Young, Kyla Young, Rowan Foote and Brayden Foote.
