She is survived by: her husband Fred Clapper Jr.; her great grandchild Avery Morrell; her children, Pam Snyder of Schoharie, James Morrell of Schoharie, Bob Morrell of Carlisle and Robin Hotaling (David) of Warrenton, VA.; her grandchildren, David Jr., Stefanie, Ryan Hotaling, Brandon Morrell (Kendall), Nicole Smith (Stephen), Jonathan and Ethan Morrell; her great grandchildren, Ayden, Issac Hotaling, Clark Smith and Blake Morrell; and her siblings, Dennis White (Gwendolyn) of Laurens, NY, Robert White of Worcester, NY and Brenda Webster (Ted Compton) of Howes Cave, NY..
Prior to the Covid pandemic she spent 9 years volunteering at the meal site @ Teen Town and served meals to the seniors in her community.
