She is survived by: her parent Mildred Wright (Cole); her spouse Clayton C. Annis; her children, James H. Annis III (Cathie), Jeffery H. Annis, John R. Annis and Janet Burka (Randy); and her sister Martha Goldswer. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
