He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julia Foote (Danforth) and Charles Foote; his wife Janet L. Foote (Bailey); his sister Avis Smalley of Plattsburgh; his sons, John Foote (Dana) of Summit and Jeffrey Foote (Natasha) of Richmondville; his grandchildren, Benjamin Foote of Clifton Park, Katharine Bottieri (Rick) of Rotterdam, Hannah-Rose, Charles and David Foote of Richmondville; and his son James Foote (Monica).
